PixelQR.io is a free, web-based QR code generator that allows users to create custom QR codes for various purposes. The Service supports multiple QR code types, including but not limited to:

• URL QR Codes: Encode website links and web addresses into scannable QR codes.
• WiFi QR Codes: Generate QR codes that allow instant WiFi network connection when scanned.
• vCard QR Codes: Create digital contact cards that can be saved directly to a phone's address book.
• WhatsApp QR Codes: Generate QR codes that open a WhatsApp conversation with a pre-filled message.
• Email QR Codes: Create QR codes that compose a new email with pre-filled recipient, subject, and body.
• Crypto Wallet QR Codes: Generate QR codes containing cryptocurrency wallet addresses for convenient payments.
• Plain Text QR Codes: Encode any plain text content into a QR code.

The Service processes all QR code generation entirely on the client side (within your web browser). No data is transmitted to our servers during the QR code creation process. The Service is provided free of charge and does not require user registration or account creation.

3. User Eligibility

The Service is available to individuals of all ages; however, if you are under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), you should use the Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to do so.

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to use the Service to:

• Create QR codes that link to or contain illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Generate QR codes that facilitate phishing, fraud, identity theft, or any form of cybercrime.
• Create QR codes intended to distribute malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or any other malicious software.
• Produce QR codes that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage patterns.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

You are solely responsible for the content you encode into QR codes using the Service. We do not monitor or review the content of QR codes generated by users, and we bear no responsibility for any misuse of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, user interface, logos, trademarks, and underlying source code, is the intellectual property of Elbado Digital Products and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its underlying technology without our prior written consent.

The "PixelQR.io" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Elbado Digital Products. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

5.2 QR Codes You Generate

QR codes that you generate using the Service belong to you. You retain all rights to the content you encode and the resulting QR code images. We claim no ownership or license to the QR codes you create. You are free to use, distribute, print, and share your generated QR codes for any lawful purpose, whether personal or commercial, without attribution to PixelQR.io (though attribution is always appreciated).

5.3 Open Standards

QR codes are based on an open international standard (ISO/IEC 18004). The QR code technology itself is not proprietary to PixelQR.io. Our Service provides a user-friendly interface for generating QR codes, but the underlying QR code format is an open standard available for public use.

6. Third-Party Services and Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by Elbado. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Elbado shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party content, goods, or services.

Our Service uses third-party services including Google Analytics for website analytics and Google AdSense for advertising. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ELBADO DIGITAL PRODUCTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
• WARRANTIES THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
• WARRANTIES THAT THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
• WARRANTIES THAT ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.

You understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that QR codes generated by the Service will be scannable by all devices or QR code readers under all conditions. Scanning reliability may depend on factors outside our control, including print quality, display resolution, lighting conditions, and the capabilities of the scanning device.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ELBADO DIGITAL PRODUCTS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
• Damages resulting from any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Any other matter relating to the Service.

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if Elbado has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Because the Service is provided at no cost to you, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount of ten US dollars ($10.00).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elbado Digital Products, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service.
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right.
• Any claim that the content you generated using the Service caused damage to a third party.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the Service remains accessible, but we make no guarantees regarding uptime or availability.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Elbado Digital Products operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Elbado Digital Products is established. You waive any objections to jurisdiction, venue, or inconvenient forum in such courts.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

12. Severability

The failure of Elbado to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Elbado. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Elbado regarding the use of the Service. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written, between you and Elbado regarding the Service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
